If you can't find the item on our website by using keyword search, you can check the category and advanced search to try to find out the items. Also, you can send an inquiry to support with our customer service, our staffs will be glad to help you locate the item you are looking for.

2. How do I place an order?
Place an order on this site is easy and quick. Please just as the following steps: • Find items you want • Add to Shopping Cart • Enter personal details • Review and submit order • Checkout.

3. When will I receive my items after I place an order?
It takes 2-3 days to process your order before shipping. After we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number, you can check it on courier's website.
Fast shipping by DhL, UPS or Fedex takes 4-7 days to deliver internationally. Standard shipping takes 7-14 days.

Once your packages have been sent, you will receive a unique tracking number for each parcel. With the tracking number, you can track your parcel through the carrier's website.

5. How do I change my order or cancel my order?
We arrange the order within 24 hours since we received your payment. So if there is any change and cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours. Once we ship it out, it will be out of our control, it is very difficult to stop the parcel for you. Please understand us.

6. How do I can return the items to your company?
We guarantee that all our jerseys are of high quality. We don't take returned jerseys without quality issues. Please allow if there is any small problems (for example, the small stains or the clothing threads being not clearly cut off, etc.), which can be easily handled there, hope you understand. Custom orders are non-returnable, which is personally made.

7. What payment methods can I use?
Currently, you can pay with Visa Card, Master Card, Western Union, or Money Gram. More payment options will be available on our web in the future.

8. How long can I get the customized Product?
Most custom orders can be shipped out in 3-5 days after placing orders. Bulk orders during busy shopping season may take 1-2 days more.

9. Why do you charge my card more than your product price?
We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you can understand.

10. How long can I get the customized Product?
Because the product is customized, we must ask the manufacture to product it. So usally it need about 15 days to get the item from the factory. We hope you can wait for it patiently. And once the parcel is shipped,we will give you the tracking number.

11. Why do you charge my card more than your product price?
We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the blank as the blank fee.Hope you can understand.
